Gift certificate FAQ/Help

Will I receive my gift certificate through the post - No. All gift certificates are sent via email. If you are purchasing a certificate as a gift for someone else then you need to enter their email adderss at the time of ordering.

How long is it valid for - All certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

How do I use my gift certificate - When you are emailed a gift certificate from us it will contain a unique code. All you need to do is shop on our site as normal and then on your shopping basket page you enter your code into the required field and then click the 'Apply Changes' button. The value of your certificate will then be deducted from the cost of your order.

I have purchased a certificate but the recipient has not recieved it - Please be very careful and ensure that you enter the correct email address when ordering gift certificates.
Also, gift certificates are processed manually once payment is received in full so if you have ordered over a weekend or during out of office hours, the delivery of your certificate will be delayed until a member of staff can process it.

What if I want to purchase a gift certificate with a higher value than fifty pounds - Just simply contact us and we can easily arrange this for you.

What if I do not want to spend the entire value of my certificate in one purchase - Gift certificates can only be redeemed againts one order at a time. If you do not spend up to the full amount of the certificate when placing an order the remaining value of the certificate will be lost and you will not be able to use this against any further purchases.
You must ensure that you spend at least the full value of your cerificate in a single transaction.
