Our postage and packaging prices are as follows.
UK, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland
These are shipped via the Royal Mails First class postal service or courier.
Please note that orders with a total of £25.00 or more may be sent recorded delivery or via courier and may therefore require a signature upon delivery and there is no extra charge for this service.
Please allow 10 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.
International
Please allow 28 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.
Please note that if your shipping destination is outside of the European Union / EU then you may be liable to import duty / tax which is your responsibility to pay.

If an item is out of stock then we will try to contact you as ASAP to offer an alternative item(s), refund or arrange to back order the item if possible.
We aim to post all orders within 1-3 working days from the relevant funds clearing.
Any orders received after 3:00 pm will be deemed to be received the next working day and any order received after 3:00 on a Friday will be classed as received on the following Monday (Or Tuesday if on a bank holiday).
Please allow extra time for the dispatching of orders received during busy periods and holidays such as Christmas.
If paying by cheque then please note your order will be posted after the cheque has cleared.
We can only accept cheques made payable in UK Pounds Sterling from a UK bank.
Please note regarding any orders placed during / near to a bank holiday / Christmas period etc then the delivery of your order may be delayed accordingly.
Incorrect delivery of goods
If delivery of the goods is different from those ordered then it is your responsibility to notify us of this as soon as possible, no later than within seven working days of receiving the goods.
Non delivery of goods.
Please allow 28 days from the despatch date of your order before contacting us if your order has not been delivered.
We cannot send out a replacement order until the full 28 days has passed.
Returns
We will happily accept the return of any faulty goods and will provide a full refund for these items when returned within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days upon receipt of your order and receive a full refund but please note postage costs in this case will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund for any CD’s that have been opened. If your CD is faulty then a replacement only will be issued.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us safely. We strongly advise returning the goods via recorded delivery.
Please contact us prior to returning any goods.
If any sealed packets have been opened or damaged then we will class these as no longer being in their original condition and will therefore not qualify for a refund.
By original condition and packaging we mean unused and unopened.
Any returned items received after the 7 days will not be refunded.
